A BIT ABOUT ME
I'm a designer originally from Charleston, South Carolina who has adopted New England as their home. My career thus far has been in branded environments design with a focus on retail. I spent 7.5 years with Reebok where I helped create and roll out 7 retail concepts, traveled to and worked with markets around the globe, and brought to life dozens of unique spaces ranging from innovation driven showrooms to giant retail tents at international athletic competitions.
While 3D spaces have been the bulk of my work, the people, services, and systems that utilize them are always front of mind. The teams I work with are often tapped to create and consult in those realms. In an effort to expand and formalize this portion of my practice, I completed a Masters of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design in 2019. I try to bring the business-oriented strategies, principles of sustainability, and humanistic approaches to design from that program to all of my work.
In November of 2021, I was brought in by Abercrombie & Fitch to design a new iteration of stores for Hollister as a part of the Store Concept & Design Team. The first store launched in the fall of 2022 at Roosevelt Field Mall in New Jersey. Since then, the new concept has been applied in spaces across the globe from the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA to Dubai.
From 2023-2024, I spent some time at Converse helping craft their global retail strategy and get a Pop Up concept and playbook created and tested. Iām now a Senior Designer at PORTER Design & Build creating concepts and strategies for a great set of clients.
Life mantra in a pic: Always bite off just a little more than you can chew and try not to take things too seriously.
